AusHelp (aushelp.info) is a free Australian information and calculator service. We are not a financial, legal or medical services provider. All calculators and information are provided for general guidance only.

AusHelp does not require you to create an account or provide personal details to use the site.

When you use the site, we may collect the following anonymised information:

• Approximate page load time
• Whether a visit appears to be from a bot or automated tool
• A random session identifier (stored in your browser's session storage, never linked to your identity)

Analytics and feedback data is stored on a private server hosted on Railway (US region). It is not publicly accessible. We retain analytics data for up to 12 months before it is deleted.

AusHelp contains links to external websites (government services, support organisations, news outlets, etc.). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their own policies.

AusHelp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
